Thiago de Paula Ribeiro is a partner in the Corporate and Litigation practice and chair of the Latin America Desk at De Paula Ribeiro. Mr. Ribeiro is based in São Paulo and admitted to practice in Brazil. His practice focus on all fields of infrastructure development including significant experience in Brazil and other Latin America countries, in Africa and the USA. Recently, he negotiated and executed leniency and cooperation agreements in multiples jurisdictions and also conducted internal anti-corruption investigations. Prior founding De Paula Ribeiro, Mr. Ribeiro was a foreign associate at Paul Hastings based in Washington, D.C. and, before that, Mr. Ribeiro was in-house counsel at a multinational company based in Brazil.
