Janaína Müller is an associate in the Corporate and Compliance practice at De Paula Ribeiro. Her practice focuses on all fields of corporate law and compliance. Recently, she participated in the development of domestic and international compliance programs and corporate governance restructuring plans, especially regarding monitoring, investigations, due diligences in sophisticated M&A operations, and the restructure and enhancement of the corporate governance of publicly-held and closed companies. Prior to integrating De Paula Ribeiro, Mrs. Müller worked in New York at different sectors of multilateral international organizations and contributed to United Nations official publications, such as the 2017 UN Tax Model Treaty.
